As a full-service hotel and restaurant, the ATC requires us to be the sole vendor for alcohol on site. However, unlike other venues, the bar is not where we make our money. Rather, as a thoroughly New Orleanian institution, we see the bar as being as important as water or electricity (and something we feel we build our reputation on). Therefore, we only offer a single package of highly curated brands that we know we can reliably use to build exceptional drinks.
